Camp

These camps are essential to developing as a player. Founder and head of camp Jeff Serowik created and trademarked this system of training where skill development takes place in a game situational battle in small area drills.

Many top teams including the NHL’s Boston Bruins have accepted this style of training. Players at the camp receive 5:1 coach to player ratio, dry land training from Brian McDonough’s Edge Performance Systems.
