Neptunia games usually sell 75% or more of it's shipment first week, so it is kinda bad. After that, they sell around 10% more the next few days, then drop like a rock from the second week and above. Also, in pretty much every store, the normal Version is around 9th-10th place, and the Memorial Edition isn't even charted.

And I don't think the initial shipment was that high to begin with. The only saving grace would be if the game had sold really well through ebten, which marketed them a lot.It also did pretty bad on PS Store (12th place on release week, lower than Himawari PS4 version, even though that game also has the Vita version, even lower than western games like Hitman, which does pretty bad on Japan). This won't be charted anyways, since it's only physical copies that does.But again, it's speculation.
