Regarding the issues: The dev team is still working on a consistent fix to the black screen issues, so please use the Customer Care button inside the game to send a complaint to the support team, we need as much information as we can get, so they can have a fix ready as soon as possible. I agree that this game is the best strategy game right now in the whole app store, but gameloft have to improve the matchmaking system. First of all the price to attack someone when we reach town hall lvl 17 is super expensive! We need to pay 2000 gold to attack and most of the resources in that level only worth 1000 gold. Second, the multiplayer matchmaking should not include AI! How do I know that I face an AI and not human?

Its simple, when I reached town hall 17 and level 52, all of my opponents in the multiplayer screen are level 100! I checked on the leaderboard and found out that no one has reached that level!! Also I found out that none of the top 100 in leaderboard has even reached townhall level 14 while all of my opponents have town hall level 15!!

So I am 100% sure that all of my opponents in my multiplayer map are AI, not real Human!! I am definitely not happy about that because all of these AI only offer 1k gold to 9k gold (1k most of the time) and their defense are extremely tough!!!!

I pay because I don't want to stuck at chapter 1 and 2, but after finishing both chapter, I realize that you guys design this game just to make all of the players stuck at some points (eventhough they have paid a lots!!!). Please fix these issues as soon as possible!! (At least increase the amount of loot from AI and make their defense less tough). UPDATE 2 REVIEW:Right now, the game is Unbalanced because there are plenty lots of players are pay 2 win and they are now high level players. Im a high level myself.

But, it is unfair for newbies and they quit the game.Lets do it this way, If players reach level 20, they will build an Alliance gate and Join An Alliance or search for one that exist and If players Reach level 30 and above and the Alliance gate is built, Players can now Create an Alliance from the Alliance Gate.This way, it can give advantage to newbies to learn about the game. Thus, having higher level players like me help newbies and help them to further advance to the game.
